On Saturday the 7th of March I'll be running the 13.6 mile 2010 Bath Half Marathon to raise money for a wonderful local charity; SWALLOW.

SWALLOW's aim is to promote independence and equality for people with learning difficulties, supporting its members to gain the skills and experiences required to live their lives as they choose.
